What are emotional blocks?
Emotional blockage is our brain's defense mechanism that prevents us from experiencing emotions normally. The feeling makes us unable to move forward and also prevents us from thinking clearly, which directly affects our daily lives.
A person who does not have the coping skills to deal with traumatic, unexpected, and sudden situations will experience emotional blockage. Reproductive desires can be unintentionally impacted by emotional stress. It is also possible to impede fertility and prolong the period of time required to achieve pregnancy due to subconscious blocks.
For example:
● A traumatic experience might include an accident, rape, assault or attack, or infidelity
● Someone you love suddenly passes away
● Loss of a partner or breakup
● Change in employment status or dismissal
● An illness that is serious or chronic is diagnosed

When emotional blockage persist and begins to affect you in other areas, that's when it becomes a problem.
